Carlotta Terraces

Formerly home to a bungalow, this steeply sloping site with sweeping views across Double Bay bowling club, was subdivided to create 2 multi-level terraces. Landscape works are key in grounding the development in its context and in differentiating the two dwellings. Featured here are photos of the recently completed first terrace. The second dwelling, in which our client is to live, is receiving final touches.
