WTC Almeda Park

Landscape was the key protagonist engaged to re-activate and re-connect the central plaza, interstitial spaces and public domain of this business park on the outskirts of Barcelona to it’s building fabric. Landscape interventions focused on providing a vibrant, comfortable new outdoor living rooms for the development (via the insertion of both hard and soft landscape elements) and improving cross site connections (+ accessibility) legibility and relationships between the existing buildings and the central plaza. Existing site features of value were incorporated into the structure of the new design.
